Delegation or Re-delegation is free only in conjunction with the customer using other xcelNet services (specifically Web Site Hosting or BusinessMail). Delegation simply gives your Domain Name a real address to the Internet. Therefore, the process of re-delegation is simply changing your address location and letting everyone know. Then, when your Domain name is typed into a Browser anywhere in the world it will know where to point to.
