Change dial-up number for Windows 95/98/Me

Step 1 of 4

• 95/98
• Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
• Double-click the Dial-Up Networking icon.
• Me
• Click on Start.
• Expand Settings, then click on Dial-Up Networking.

Step 2 of 4

• Click once on the xcelNet Services icon so that it is highlighted.

Step 3 of 4

• Click on the File menu option located at the top of the window. A drop-down menu will appear.
• Click once on Properties.

Step 4 of 4

• Delete the old dial-up number from the Telephone number box and enter the new phone number. The new number for UNLIMITED ACCOUNTS ONLY is 0198 331 355
  The new number for ALL OTHER ACCOUNT TYPES is 0198 331 366
  Please DON'T GUESS: if you are unsure which number to choose, please contact us.
• Click the OK button. Your new dial-up phone number is now saved.
