A page counter has been installed which our web hosting customers can use. The purpose of the counter is to indicate to your visitors how popular your web site is. The counter does not generate detailed statistics about who has been accessing your web page. You should refer to the statistics page under web server in your WEB SITE HOSTING Account for information about such detailed statistics.

| Having multiple unique counters |
If you want to use more than one counter on your web site, for different pages or whatever, you can. But you need to ensure that each counter is unique, while still remaining exclusive to your site. For example, you could simply add a letter after your vs number -
Or perhaps by using the page names or paths -
Substituting the vs10005 for your vs number. You can use -, _, / or \ in the name or path string, but do not use +.
|
| Re-setting the counter |
The counter will click over by one number each time the page in which it is embedded is loaded. If you require the counter to be set to a particular value, or re-set back to zero, simply log a job in Mission Control with your instruction, and the URL of the counter or the page it is on. When pasting the counter URL in the logged job don't encase it with the <IMG SRC= > HTML tags.
